Upon the successful closing of a lot(s) and/or boat slip(s) located at Port Vandemere. Port Vandemere Inc. will pay to the brokerage firm who provided the client a referral fee at closing. The Port Vandemere Administrator will check the Port Vandemere database and assuming the client has not been previously registered with Port Vandemere the administrator will send confirmation to the brokerage firm that has referred the client to Port Vandemere. Complete contact information for each client must be provided in order to be properly registered for the referral. This includes the client's full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Also, the client must have the understanding that a sales executive from Port Vandemere will be contacting them with regard to Port Vandemere property. There will only be one co-broker per sale. In the event a client is represented by a Buyer's Agent the Buyer's Agent that presents the contract will be paid the referral fee.
