Its fall in Port Vandemere, well not really, but with weather this weekend in the low 60s at night, it sure felt like it. The sky is clear and pure blue and there is little to no humidity. Of course to get this sorta weather we had to bear a small nor’easter on Saturday and Sunday. Ron Applegate from lot 4 sent over this great picture of his boat on a lake in Montana. Wow, is the only comment that I can come up with. Thanks for the photo Ron!Our official ground breaking is on the horizon and I’ll have the exact date for you shortly. The final marina plans are almost finished. I am so excited about our marina! This weekend we will be inspecting a few others this company has completed, so I’ll have photos, just a hint but Morehead City Yacht Basin is one those.
