Since the boat show things have whirled into warp speed. Over this last week we have three new families to welcome to Port Vandemere. Bernadette and PhiipLinebarger from nearby Jacksonville NC, welcome. And also Roger and Aleida Fair from Green Cover Springs, Fl Welcome to PVYC. And finally Steve and Joy Chappell from Ruffin, NC. also welcome to PVYC. whew!
News from the secretarial front lines…The covenants for the subdivision and Marina are complete, and I’m on my way to record them at the court house. This means that contracts are ready to go out.The floor of the office was literally covered yesterday with copies of contracts and stamped envelopes. I would say they will go out in tomorrow’s mail so be on the lookout later this week!The clubhouse design is coming along. Click to see the second rendering.
