Just in case you haven’t seen the weather for Vandemere NC this week, we have highs in the 70’s. It is absolutely gorgeous outside! I spent almost all day at the property walking, taking photos, and talking with our contractors. I learned a lot about road compaction, soils, and have a working schedule that should take us through January.
The marina design is finally finished. It may be tweaked by CAMA a little but this is a good general idea of what it will look like.
