Note from Bob And Shannon Wright
Its springtime alright. The Red Maple trees are in full bloom with all the nice 60 degree days we’ve had.

Well its finished! I hope everyone will like the layout and interactivity of the new Blog. It’s only taken me about 3 days, but hey now i’m getting good at PHP..
We’ve been getting some feedback from our lot owners and I’d like to share some of those letters with you.
Below is a letter Bob and Shannon Wright of lot 2 sent to Thomas.
Thanks Bob and Sharon!
Thomas,
We have owned property in Wilmington for years and decided it was time to visit and work to get our second home built. Living in Florida on the water, we wanted to be able to cruise up to NC and spend weeks to months at ports along the way while enjoy a second home port. Upon arrival in Wilmington, we knew within hours that it was no longer the town where we wanted to find peace and relaxation. It’s a wonderful city but it’s just too busy both on land and at sea. So off we went searching the internet. We found dozens of potential areas but after visiting them, Port Vandemere became the clear choice. Quiet, quaint and out of the way but within reach of a large enough city in New Bern. Along with Oriental, it’s going to be just perfect for wonderful evenings without traffic and noise while and as much water as anyone could ever want. Centrally located too, it offers a great stopping place for friends sailing to their destinations. The most important part of a new home is a place that seems like “family”. The Port Vandemere selling team are wonderful friends already. Just visit the site’s Blog to see the heart they are putting into developing a new home for us all.Bob and Shannon Wright
What really amazes me about this whole process, is how many new friends we’ve made. That is especially what makes this area so unique. You don’t just move into the neighborhood, you become part of a community… almost instantly.
