Gravel! I know it sounds so exciting. After the roll test and the ’soft’ spots were dug up and re-filled last week on Friday the gravel trucks arrived. Port Vandemere’s K-9 inspectors were out taking note of the changes. Its also time to mow again. We’ve got the grinder going tidying up the lots after a season of growing.I took a walk out to lot 41, without my camera, where he had been mowing and Wow what a view. I’ll get back later this week and take photos. The property had changed a lot since we first started this project. Lots that seemed to be viewless, now with roads opening up and some clearing done, have great views! Those of you who have purchased off water lots will be pleasantly supprised with the view from your ‘future’ kitchen window. Of course nature is always beautiful and we have plenty of that. Our warm weather seems to be over. After a strong Southwester this weekend packing over 40knts of wind and 3in of rain the sky has cleared and its cold. But its supposed to be in the 60’s again Thursday, we sure can’t complain about that.

Something warm! I took this a year ago in Culebra, an Island off of Puerto Rico after my first boat delivery.
