As Promised here are some new pictures. Also as promised we have nice weather. And to my utter delight, Wally, our local sail maker, called and my headsail is ready. I suppose i’ll have to test it out asap!

I took a walk down town to see what the buzz was about. The McCotters have opened their fish house bringing new life into downtown Vandemere. The three bright blue trawlers look nice sitting at the docks.
Looking out at Pamlico Sound from the town dock in Vandemere. Technically the sound is to the left over the horizon but I don’t think the water knows the differance.
Royal Shoal Lane looks a bit differant than last time since the crews are up almost to the end. Molly surveys the changes, and looks as tho she has approved them.
The crews nearing the end of Royal Shoal, they are working in front of lot 28 on the right and 24 on the left. After chatting with Bill for a few minutes, looks like they will be done with the stone by Tuesday, which will give us full access to the property. That is until the utility guys get started.

Taking a walk along lot 21 I spotted some small cherry trees in bloom. I don’t remember the latin, but will look it up once I find my key. Definately in the Roseaceae family tho..
A quiet view from lot 21. You can’t tell but its blowing 20knts today out of the SW. I’m gland we have such a protected place for the marina, none of that nasty fetch and windage that making docking so exciting.
