Don and Pat Janda's Boat arrives at Port Vandemere Marina

Finally, to see a beautiful boat dock up at Port Vandemere’s newset marina is something that has been five years in the making.  Don and Patricia Janda sailed their Choy Lee from New Jersey to Port Vandemere in route to the Bahamas and docked in what will soon be their boat slip.  The Jandas also a home site within the development and now a brand new floating dock awaits them upon their arrival back in March, where they will visit their boat slips again.

Port Vandemere Marina will consist of only 47 deeded, deep water floating boat slips on Vandemere Creek in eastern North Carolina.  With easy, unobstructed access to the Pamlico Sound, Outer Banks and Ocracoke, Neuse River, Intracoastal Waterway, Beaufort, Cape Lookout, and a world of adventures to explore!  Port Vandemere Marina offers a safe harbor and is one the deepest water creeks in the area.

As mentioned in a previous post, there will be a 40′ – 45′ – 50′ – 60′ boat slips available at Port Vandemere and if you are interested in owning a deeed, deep water boat slip at Port Vandemere there are still a nice selection of slips currently available, however deeded, deep water floating boat slips are very rare in eastern North Carolina and highly sought after so now is the opportunity to own your very own boat slip in a fantastic protected location.

Congratulations Don and Patricia, we welcome you both to Port Vandemere Marina and enjoy the evening in your boat slip.
